Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last updated: August 16, 2026
This policy explains how Monet Global LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website, monetgloballlc.com.
In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party content. The contact form does not send anything to us over the internet — it opens a pre-filled message in your own email program, which you choose whether to send.
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us. That happens in one of two ways:
- By contacting us directly — by email, telephone, or postal mail, using the details we publish.
- Through the contact form — which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, inquiry type, and the content of your message.
The contact form on this site is not connected to a database or a form-processing service. When you submit it, your browser assembles the information into a draft email addressed to us and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to us, and nothing is stored, unless you then send that email yourself.
2. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics platform, advertising pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking. It loads no fonts, scripts, images, or other resources from third-party servers. We do not build profiles of visitors and we have no way to identify you from browsing this site.
3. Server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which operates the servers that deliver these pages. Like virtually all web hosting, Netlify records standard technical request logs, which may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and browser user-agent strings. These logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes. We do not use them for marketing or profiling.
4. How we use your information
We use information you send us solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry;
- Evaluate, establish, and administer wholesale, supplier, and other business relationships;
- Meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
5. Disclosure to others
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We may disclose information only in these circumstances:
- To service providers who act on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our email and hosting providers;
- To our accountants, auditors, or legal advisers, where relevant to their work for us;
- Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a lawful request from a government authority.
6. Retention
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is needed for the relationship it concerns, and thereafter for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping rules. When information is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it.
7. Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to correspondence we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International visitors
We are established in the United States and information you send us is handled there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you should be aware that U.S. data protection law may differ from the law of your own country.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honour those that apply to you.
10. Children
This website is directed at businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be evident from that date.
12. Contact
